Condamnent la dernière décision du gouvernement d'occupation et d'Apartheid

concernant les six organisations palestiniennes de la société civile et de défense des Droits Humains

Elles appellent les organisations internationales des Droits Humains

à la condamner, à œuvrer pour son annulation et

à protéger les défenseurs des droits de l'homme.

 

Les organisations de défense des Droits Humains soussignées expriment leur préoccupation et leur ferme condamnation de la décision par le gouvernement israélien d'occupation et d'Apartheid, le 19 octobre 2021, de classifier six organisations palestiniennes de la société civile et de défense des Droits Humains comme " organisations terroristes ", en vertu de la loi israélienne antiterroriste de 2016. Il s’agit de : Al-Haq, la Fondation Addameer pour les Droits Humains, l’Union des comités de femmes palestiniennes, Defense for Children International/Branche palestinienne, l’Union des comités de travail agricole, et Bisan Research Center.

Cette décision illégitime intervient dans le contexte de la poursuite des attaques de l'occupation et de l'État d'Apartheid contre les droits du peuple palestinien, en particulier son droit de lutter, quelles que soient les formes de sa lutte, pour la liberté, le droit au retour, l'autodétermination et la construction de son État palestinien indépendant, comme le garantissent la Charte internationale des droits de l'homme et le droit international.

Cette décision illégitime vise également à délégitimer les ONG palestiniennes et à dénaturer leur combat, notamment les organisations de défense des Droits Humains et les personnes impliquées dans leurs activités : c’est le prélude à leur suppression et elle vise à faire taire leurs voix qui révèlent les violations de l'occupation et la domination du régime colonial d'Apartheid et de discrimination raciale que subit le peuple palestinien. Cette décision est une réponse à leur dénonciation des politiques et des pratiques de colonisation, ainsi que des mesures israéliennes illégales qui ont privé le peuple palestinien, depuis 1948, de l'exercice de son droit inaliénable au retour et à l'autodétermination. Cette déciion vise, de plus, à affaiblir les voix qui appellent au rendu de comptes et à la fin de l'impunité pour les auteurs de crimes de guerre et de crimes contre l'humanité contre le peuple palestinien.

Les organisations soussignées appellent toutes les forces éprises de liberté et de justice, les défenseurs des Droits Humains et les peuples du monde à la solidarité, et à prendre des mesures tangibles pour surmonter les obstacles et permettre aux organisations palestiniennes de la société civile et de défense des Droits Humains de disposer des moyens de surveiller les violations et les crimes permanents de l'occupation et d'apporter leur soutien au peuple palestinien dans sa lutte héroïque et continue, depuis plus de sept décennies, pour la libération de la Palestine du régime d'Apartheid et du colonialisme des colons israéliens.

Les organisations soussignées saluent les luttes du peuple palestinien et sa résilience légendaire. Elles apprécient les efforts des organisations des organisations de la société civile palestinienne et de défense des Droits Humains, notamment les organisations visées par cette décision illégitime.

Les organisations soussignées appellent également le Haut-Commissaire des Nations Unies aux droits de l'Homme, le Conseil des droits de l'Homme des Nations Unies, le Comité international de la Croix-Rouge, et toutes les instances internationales concernées par la défense des Droits Humains, en particulier l'Observatoire international pour la défense des défenseurs des droits de l'Homme du Haut-Commissariat des Nations Unies aux droits de l'Homme, ainsi que le Rapporteur du Comité spécial sur le statut des défenseurs des droits de l'homme, afin qu’elle prennent les mesures juridiques appropriées, condamnent la décision du gouvernement d'occupation, œuvrent à son annulation et assurent la protection des défenseurs palestiniens des droits de l'homme et des droits du peuple palestinien.
